The staff were helpful. My son enjoyed it. i had a massage that was relaxing. the provided balloons for my son's birthday were a nice touch, grazzi mille!

The wifi was very weak and it kept disconnecting. the gym was absent. It had become a spa area. breakfast lacked variety, and items ran out quickly, asking for salt and coffee became uncomfortable.

the bed was indeed big and quite comfortable.

I was really disappointed in the general upkeep. It seemed like the grounds were neglected. the grass looked untended. The tennis court was old and was partially converted into something else. the wifi was also weak. It kept disconnecting which was frustrating.
